In March 2026, the number of residential apartment transactions in Batumi increased by 10.9% compared to March of the previous year and amounted to 1,227 units, while market volume grew by 33.4% to USD 81 million.

The number of transactions with new-build properties increased by 9% compared to March 2025, while transactions with secondary housing grew by 41.8%. The overall growth in the number of transactions was mainly driven by the secondary market, where the figure increased by 15.8%, while the primary market recorded growth of only 0.8%.

The weighted average price of new-build properties in Batumi in March 2026 increased by 9% compared to the same period of the previous year and amounted to $1,302 per m². Growth in the primary market was 8.6%, while in the secondary market it was 7.5%.

Some transactions in the primary market are registered with a delay, so the current price dynamics may not fully reflect the real growth.
