Batumi’s real estate market continues to grow, and the latest statistics for February 2026 confirm this.
The average price of new-build properties increased by 12.6% year-on-year and reached $1,334 per m². At the same time, the primary market showed more noticeable dynamics — +23.2%, while the secondary segment increased by 6.9%.
It is also important to note that some primary market transactions are registered with a delay, so the actual picture may be even more active.
By number of transactions: new-build properties — growth of +22.7% secondary housing — decrease of −12.8%
The total number of residential real estate transactions increased by 19.7% and amounted to 1,315 transactions for the month. Market volume grew to $82 million, up 33.1% year-on-year.
Looking at the structure of demand, there is a clear shift toward new housing stock — both at the construction stage and in the secondary market of new-build properties.
